RETURNS

We currently do not accept returns.
EXCHANGES

All exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase.

All exchanges must be done for another item of equal value.

Customers exchanging items are responsible for the shipping cost of the return and new item(s).

If the wrong item is delivered, Royalty Clothing will cover the cost of shipping both ways.

If items are returned to us by USPS due to incomplete or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for the postage of re-shipment.

If the address is entered wrong at checkout, please reach out to us IMMEDIATELY! (within 24 hours preferably) Royalty Clothing is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Royalty Clothing is NOT responsible for lost packages of any kind after a package is received by the mail-carrier service.

If you receive a defective item, email us with your order number, detailed description, and image (if possible) of the defect. We will review and reply within 24 hours with a resolution.
